HOW TO CLEAN YOUR WOOD CHARCUTERIE BOARDS AND TRAYS:

1. Wipe off your board and hand wash with water, soap and cleaning cloth
2. Wipe dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth
3. Let it air dry overnight
4. Oil as needed with wood butter, a combination of mineral oil and beeswax, just enough to cover the wood with an even coat
5. Let wood hydrate for 2-3 hours
6. Wipe off extra wood butter with a clean cloth

Please remember, do not soak board, no submerge in water, no dishwasher, no harsh chemicals.
